3D VISION SOLUTION

MotoSight™ 3D is a hardware and software solution that adds 3D vision functionality to Motoman’s DX100 and NX100 robot controllers. Featuring Cognex VisionPro
® software, MotoSight 3D is a powerful PC-based application that incorporates 3D, 2.5D and 2D vision capabilities to solve complex vision applications. A single-camera 3D algorithm (developed by Motoman and Yaskawa) identifies an object’s location in six degrees of freedom. VisionPro, the world’s top intelligent machine vision software, offers quick communication and reduced programming time. Its robust tool library sets the standard for reliable, repeatable vision performance. Proven in more than 500,000 installations worldwide, VisionPro spans all vision needs... from geometric object location and inspection to identification and measurement.MotoSight 3D is designed to solve applications with variations in part location and that have three- dimensional handling requirements.

Due to the unique and highly customizable nature of this product, all potential applications must be evaluated by Motoman’s application engineering for product/process compatibility. Cameras and lighting are available as an option. Camera selection and lighting requirements must be evaluated for each application.
