Featuring a Cognex In-Sight® Micro camera and Motoman’s Pendant Vision application software, MotoSight 2D is a powerful solution used to solve 2D vision applications. Base line programs are provided for DX100 and NX100 controllers to reduce setup and configuration time of the system. These programs are designed to cover most 2D vision applications, but can be easily modified to fit specific application needs. MotoSight 2D Advanced includes a VisionView® display that provides additional user interface capabilities. Pendant Features: n Display camera images on the pendant. n Monitor and change on-line camera status. n Display pass/fail status. n Auto display most recent camera image. n Display graphic overlays on captured images. n Train new parts on pendant. n Calibrate camera using pendant. Communication: n The DX100 controller uses a built-in vision function to communicate with the Cognex In-Sight camera. n The NX100 controller uses Ethernet IP fieldbus connectivity to efficiently retrieve the information from the camera.
