SOLUTIONS IN MOTION® OPTIONAL ROLL-UP DOOR ArcWorld III-1000 n ArcWorld III-1200 The ArcWorld® III-1000 is a fully integrated, pre-engineered robotic arc welding solution with a high-speed, servo-controlled indexing turntable (2 sec. index). These single robot (AWIII-1000) or dual robot (AWIII-1200) workcells are designed to meet high-volume production for small- to medium-size parts that can be welded from a single side. The servo-controlled positioner can be configured to provide higher payload (1,000 kg/2,205 lb) or support a larger diameter (1,829 mm/72") table top. The AWIII-1000 series features the high-speed MA1400 arc welding robot; DX100 controller; integrated welding package; MSR-500 servo-controlled indexing rotary part positioner; operator station; and total safety environment – all the automation required for robotic arc welding. Easy Setup n Forklift pockets on common equipment base and preassembled fencing make installation quick and easy. n Twist-lock connectors are included on all interconnecting cables. Cables are terminated when shipped. n Fits conveniently in a 110" high trailer. n Sliding interlocked doors on each side provide easy programming access. “Master Arc” Welding Robots n Available with one or two MA1400 “Master Arc” welding robots. Dual-robot configurations double productivity. n MA1400 features a 3 kg (6.6 lb) payload, 1,434 mm ( 56.5") reach and ±0.08 mm (0.003") repeatability. n Unique, integrated torch cable design of the MA1400 robot eliminates cable interference. This makes programming easier and reduces wear and associated cable maintenance downtime. n MA1400 robots are backed by the industry’s only two-year torch cable warranty. Part Positioner: MSR-500 n 500-kg (1,102.5 lb) payload, high-speed, servo-driven two-position rotary turntable. n Less than 2.0-second sweep time (fully loaded) Robot idle time is minimal and part throughput is increased. n Table top has a center through-hole for utilities and a low-inertia H-style framework. n 1,524 mm (60") turning diameter; divided by a protective arc screen that allows the operator to safely load and unload parts from one location outside the robot work envelope while the robot welds inside the cell. n Designed to accommodate single or multiple fixture part runs. Fixtures are easily located on the table using dowel pins.
