Roll Drum-Spotter to the corner of the pallet.Position handle so hooks will arrive below drum rim. Drum is lifted clear of pallet. Dual ratchets take over the job of holding up drum as handle is pulled down. Drum stays upright to be wheeled away. Operator holds no weight and does not need to balance this drum truck.
