Vakuumhubzylinder | Vacuum lifting cylinders Der Vakuumhubzylinder ist im Ruhezustand eingefahren. Beim Anlegen von Vakuum fährt der Kolben aus, bis der Vakuumsauger Kontakt mit einem Gegenstand herstellt. In diesem Moment fährt der Kolben mit dem angesaugten Bauteil selbstständig ein und hält es fest. Zum Ablegen des Teils ist nur das Vakuum zu unterbrechen. Vorteile: Der gesamte Bewegungsablauf wird durch das Ein- und Ausschalten des Vakuums gesteuert. • Keine zusätzlichen Ventile oder Zylinder erforderlich • Kurze Taktzeiten, da keine zusätzlichen Hubzylinder benötigt werden • Hohe Taktzeiten verhindern Durchsaugeffekt bei porösen Produkten. • Ausgleich von Höhenunterschieden • Wartungsfrei durch Spezialgleitlager (IGUS®) Baureihe mit verdrehgesicherter Kolbenstange für eine lagerichtige Teileentnahme. By application of a vacuum the piston moves out till the vacuum cup has contact with the part. At this moment the piston moves independently in with the sucked part and hold it tight. To lay down the part just only interrupt the vacuum. Advantages: The complete motion sequence will be controlled by switch on and off. • No additional valves or cylinders necessary. • Short cycle times, because no additional lifting cylinders necessary. • High cycle times prevents through-air effects at porous products. • Compensation of altitude differences. • Maintenance-free by special sleeve bearings (IGUS®) Baureihe ohne Verdrehsicherung.
