S-3100ce Digital Tension Controller

Montalvo’s digital S-3100ce closed loop tension controller employs a proprietary Diamatic control algorithmwhich insures uniform control response regardless of roll diameter. It may be used in unwind and rewind tension applications and provides fast, precise tension control. Users may select the performance features best suited to an application from a wide variety of control tools. S-3100ce's non-volatile memory stores all settings in the event of a power failure. In addition, the control can store and recall up to fifteen sets of control parameters for different materials. LEDs provide status information on Tension On/Off, Auto/Manual, Soft Start and Anti-Coast. All key settings may be displayed in imperial or metric units.
