Bedienerfreundliche Steuerung, gute Dokumentation und effektive Monforts-Schulung sind die besten Voraussetzungen fur eine reibungslose Produktion. Besonders in der Anfangsphase nach der Maschinen-lnbetriebnahme kommt es schon einmal vor, dass Be-dien- oder Programmierprobleme auftreten. Auch alte Hasen kommen schneller zum Ziel, wenn sie eine schwierige Aufgabe mit einem anderen Fachmann diskutieren kônnen. Wir helfen bei der Problemlôsung. Vorab eine Zeichnung per Fax oder E-Mail und eine genaue Beschreibung am Telefon sind die beste Basis fur eine schnelle Information. Der telefonische Beratungsservice steht allen Monforts-Kunden zur Verfugung. Sie erreichen ihn montags bis frei-tags von 7.30 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr.
