MPA Extension Modules

MPA/3D analysis technology extends the capability of Moldflow Plastics Advisers to perform true, three-dimensional simulations on parts that tend to be very thick and solid in nature, as well as those that have extreme wall thickness variation.

Performance Adviser adds the ability to simulate the packing phase of the injection molding process to both Part Adviser and Mold Adviser. Use Moldflow Performance Adviser results to minimize undesirable part shrinkage as well as to assess whether a part is likely to warp or deform beyond acceptable levels.

Cooling Circuit Adviser extends the capabilities of Moldflow Mold Adviser to simulate the cooling phase of the injection molding process so that users can optimize mold designs for uniform cooling and minimum cycle times.
