Laser expertise. Modulight, Inc. is an ISO9001:2001 and ISO14001:2004 certified semiconductor company focusing on laser diodes. The Company designs, manu­factures and markets laser diodes for industrial, commu­nications, medical, automotive, space and defense ap­plications. The fabrication of the products involves more than 100 manufacturing steps that only a handful of com­panies in the world master in a commercially interesting volume. Reporting and product data management capa­bilities as well as Quality Management System (QMS) of Modulight are unmatched in the industry according to every audit performed on Modulight. To date Modulight has manufactured over 250,000 lasers with unbeatable performance and reliability. Modulight has hundreds of off-the-shelf laser products that are sold to customers world-wide.

Global presence. Modulight has its production facilities and headquarters in Tampere, Finland and a fully owned subsidiary - Modulight USA, Inc. - based in San Jose, CA. We serve our customers also through our global sales network with local distributors in Israel, Japan and Korea.

Value-adding solutions. Modulight products include various types of laser diodes from visible to infrared (IR) with power levels from milliwatts to tens of watts. The Company's products are divided in 3 product lines, which are: High-power lasers, Transmitter lasers and Custom products and services.
