OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF RECORD FASTENERS

INSTALLATION

Cut the belt accurately at right angles . Iinsert the loops of the fasteners between the teeth of the comb (C).The fastener having 2 loops must be positioned in front of one of the marks (D) of the installation tool ;the part of the fastener having oval holes being laid on the template.

FASTENING.

Use safety spectacles and industrial gloves. Hammer strike the fasteners. Load a staple (E) in the punch drive cavity, position the drive-punch(E) with the staple (F) on the fasteners (begin from combs side C) then strike the drive-punch (E) to insert the staple. Hammer the industrial staples and the fasteners to obtain a very resisting splice. Remove the gauge pin from the clips. MLT Minet Lacing Technology WWW.mlt-eu.com
