Removable splice without any metal pieces and with approx. the same thickness and color as the belt. No rotation axle, high working tension.

Belt thickness 1,7 to 6,7 mm depending on the type Min. pulley diameter 50 to 250 mm depending on the type Max. belt tension 4 to 20 N/mm depending on the type MaterialPolyurethane or PVC fabric reinforced and two polyacetal pins. PVC in white, black, grey, green or blue or on request. PU in White FDA 177 2600, green or bleu or on request. Connecting material 2 polyacetal pins 0,9 x 4,7 mm or 1,4 x 4,7 mm. InstallationBy welding the fastener in the belt with a vulcanizing press after splitting the belt and inserting the fastener between the plies of the belt. Final connection with two polyacetal pins. PackagingDelivered in 1.000 mm length. Can be assembled side by side in order join a wider belt. The Polyacetal pin are available in 10 m rolls. ACCESSORIES : Cooling set and separator machine. Connecting pin in stainless steel up to 3 m long.
