Spindle types & Control The Multistep XT-200 is available with two spindle options. The tool holder with HSK A-40 interface holds the tools. The spindle MS 140 is part of the standard equipment. Tool change occurs outside of the machining area. A high frequency spindle is available as an option for high Interface cleaning and air pressure barriers prevent dirt speed machining.
