systems this laserbased system is build around the CB4 control box.The Manual Display System comprises: •CB4 Control Box•CS4-D Cross Slope Sensor•MD10 Laser Sensor on manual mast•ML4 Dual Slope Construction Laser The operator must manually move theblade up or down to maintain grade. He must also work in the same direction as the slope. The bright guide lights and dis-plays on the CB4 Control Box will guidethe driver to maintain the correct height and slope of the blade. The system is ideal for contractors whoare looking for an economical yet accu- rate and versatile system that will do the job. Simple,easy-to-use Control Box CB4 All the different sensors are interfaced to the CB4 Control Box,which calculates the corrections to control the hydraulics in less than 1/1000 sec – now that is quick response.Bright LCD displays ensu- re that the driver has all the information he needs under any light conditions to accurately control the machine.The userdialog is very straight-forward so you areimmediately on the move. GPS or robotic total station positioning Use GPS or a robotic total station to posi-tion your machine.Now missing survey markers,broken strings or absent surve- yors will no longer be able to keep you from doing your job. Automatic Hydraulic Control Mikrofyn will supply you with all neces- sary parts for your Automated Grade Control system.We have developed all steel and aluminium high-pressure valve blocks that are ideally suited to integrate into any dozer hydraulics. MD10 – 1.5mm accurate Laser Receiver The MD10 Laser Receiver is cast in a spe- cial shock proof fiberglass-armored pla- stic compound.This - combined with the low weight – makes the MD10 the most robust Laser Receiver on the market.The MD10 has a 360°capture range and the proportional detection secures the high- est possible accuracy – regardless of the beam width. ML4 – Dual Slope Construction Laser The ML4 is probably the most rugged Construction Laser on the market – what other laser is guarantied water proof to 3 meters head of water so our laser far exceeds the IP-68 standard.

CS4-D high accuracy Cross Slope sensor This CS4-D sensor measures the cross slope of the blade.This is done with the impressive accuracy of just 0.1°.This means that the CS4-D will measure the blade slope with mm-accuracy even on very large dozers and scrapers.The sen- sor is sealed in a rugged steel housing and totally waterproof (IP-68). EM4 – the powerful Electrical Mast The Servo Lock
™ holds the 2”(52mm)piston in a firm grip with an impressive accuracy of just 1/10mm – and it is al- ways ready to move.As there are no mechanical parts that have to lock and unlock the piston the EM4 reacts much faster to changes in height. Multi Switch Control next to yourright hand – or your left. The driver only has to move his fingers to raise or lower the value for cross-slope and blade elevation,activate or de-acti-vate the automatic hydraulic control etc.
