Simple, easy-to-use Control Box CB1AM The laser sensor is interfaced to the CB1AM Control Box, that calculates the corrections to control the hydraulics in less than 1/1000 sec – now that is quick response. Bright LED displays ensure that the driver has all the informations he needs under any light conditions to accurately control the machine. The user dialog is very straight-forward so you are immediately on the move. Automated Hydralic Valve HV1, designed for the MikroBlade system™ You have the possibility to add the Automatic Hydraulic Valve HV1 to your MikroBlade™ system. We have developed an all steel highpressure valve blocks that is ideally suited to integrate into most machine hydraulics. Machine Detector MD10 Cast in special shock proof fiberglass- armored plastic combined with the low weight make the MD10 and MD40 the most robust laser receivers on the market. They will withstand any shock and vibrations experienced on heavy machinery. ML4A – Dual Slope Construction Laser The ML4A is probably the most rugged Construction Laser on the market – what other laser is guarantied water proof to 3 meters head of water far exceeding the IP-68 standard. Electric Mast EM4 The Electric Mast EM4 was originally developed for agricultural use together with our new MikroBlade™ system. The rugged design and the antivibration system of the platform is the ultimate combination against damages in the harsh agricultural environment. This is also why many have chosen to integrate the EM4 into their MikroGrader™ and MikroDozer™ systems. When mounted on the blade and fully extended, the MD Laser Receiver will be elevated more than 4 m (13’) above the ground - enough to get above most obstructions on the work site. The MikroBlade™ is a complete system combining the easy to use CB1AM Control Box, an all steel high-pressure valve block, the MD10 Laser Receiver and the rugged Electric Mast EM4. But you can also run the system manually as an indicator system. Alternatively you can use the MM4 manual mast or the MD40 laser detector. All components have been developed to meet the extra strain experienced on a tractor, so we can safely say that our MikroBlade™ is the most rugged and durable design on the market.
