| | | 4. Motor mounting direction The motor can be mounted vertically in any direction, up or down. An excessively large thrust is applied to the bearing depending on Ihe load- Check the load. 5. Flange mounting The bases of motors of 100W to 750W can be dismounted and remounted. By dismounling the base, the motor can be mounted by the type C flange (NEMA standard name) at the end of the motor output shaft. | | |
| | | 1. Temperature increase Motors up to 750W have class B insulation and motors 1.5kW or more, class F insutation. The temperature increase limits lor the armature windings are 9tfC and 110*0. II the load is suitable, the iemperature ol the outer frame normally shows a value about 15"C to 2&TJ lower than the winding temperature. This is a temperature at which one cannot touch by hand for a long time Operation can be continued as long as this value is not exceeded. 2. Rotating direction Rotation can be changed right or teft freely by changing the armalure voltage direction, making the direction of magnetic field current constant. 3- Grounding Be sure to ground the motor frame and control console chassis. If an insulating transformer is not used on the AC input side, do not ground any part of the AC. DC and control circuits except the motor frame and chassis. | | |
