| The newly developed Migatronic Zeta plasma cutters featuring automatic pilot arc control, operational comfort and adjustable gas flow are suitable for both stationary use and on site repairs. | Pilot arc - perfect ignition and control of punched plates cutting The automatic pilot arc control function ensures perfect ignition of the Zeta 40 and Zeta 60 every time. At the same time the pilot arc has a central function in punched plates cutting: the cutting arc extinguishes automatically when the plasma cutter torch reaches a punching. | In the Migatronic Zeta 40 and Zeta 60, inverter technology combined with simplicity of operation ensure precise handling of the plasma cutting process in all conductive metals and metal alloys. The mono-phase Zeta 40 performs quality cuts in up to 8 mm wall thickness. The three-phase Zeta 60 cuts up to 12 mm plates and performs separation of materials in up to 18 mm thick- | ness where no special demands are made on the quality of the cuts. Both plasma cutters in the new, rounded Migatronic design use only compressed air as plasma gas and can be connected to existing compressors for optimum cutting economy. The control panel is easily operated.
