Multimotive DUO features a new wire feed unit with permanent 4-wheel drive, developed by Migatronic for industrial machines.
Both versions of the step-regulated Multimotive feature spot and interval functions and welding voltage can be finely adjusted in 20/11 steps. All built-in functions support Migatronic's philosophy: switch on, press and weld and contribute to reliability and long life of the machine.
Why Multimotive?
The code word is maintenance of strength and corrosion properties in welded workpieces. The fusion point is low (below 1000°C) in this gentle welding process, the structure of which is similar to "hard-brazing". Multimotive is Migatronic's answer to a non-pulse machine that masters this process. MIG braze welding is recommended by leading auto manufacturers all over the world.
The Multimotive has been designed for dip transfer braze welding galvanised and primed materials as well as aluminium welding.
Multimotive DUO
In repair and construction workshops, the Multimotive is highly valued owing to its versatility and high performance. For even more flexibility, the answer is Multimotive DUO featuring two torch outlets: one for MIG brazing and one for other operations. A switch on the control panel allows the welder easy change between operations without change of welding hoses, wires, spools and gas.
Migatronic's Multimotive MIG machine has been specifically developed for repair and construction of galvanised and primed high-tensile steels in the automotive industry. In addition, it masters MlG welding of aluminium and high-tensile steels.
Many years' co-operation with leading auto manufacturers has resulted in the development of the Migatronic Multimotive. New and more complex alloys and surface treatments require optimisation of the welding process.
