MS–96 V ial Reader : Available Codes 2D Symbols Data Matrix High Speed Vial Reader The MS-96 Vial Reader is a high speed system specifically designed to decode Data Matrix symbols on either 24 or 96 vials. The high performance and accuracy is based on unique lighting and image processing which enhances the contrast of the symbol on each individual vial. The MS-96 Vial Reader is an ideal solution for enabling traceability within liquid handling and vial automation systems. High Speed Decoding The MS-96 Vial Reader reads 24 or 96 vials simultaneously at high speeds, each one marked with a unique Data Matrix symbol. Decoded data is displayed on an intuitive user interface, and unsuccessful decodes are highlighted on the display for easy detection. Ease of Use Decoding can be automatically triggered by placing a cassette onto the reader, reading the barcode label, or via ActiveX. Data collected can be exported to any third party software package using ActiveX. Flexible Configuration The MS-96 Vial Reader can be configured as either a standalone system, or an OEM product within a vial automation production system.
