| | | The products shown in this catalog are designed for use in electrohydraulic braking and/or electronic throttle control applications. MICO offers a complete electrohydraulic package, which includes a variety of electronic pedal configurations and sensing options, several digital and analog valve drivers, and a variety of electrohydraulic modulating brake valves. Typical applications for these new products would be drive-by-wire, brake-by-wire, machines with multiple operator stations, remote control operation, or propel and inching pedals for hydrostatic drive systems. In throttle applications, the pedal can be configured to interface directly to the engine's electronic control unit. MICO electronic pedals provide force feedback, proportional to pedal rotation, with rotary sensors to provide one or more analog outputs that are proportional to pedal rotation. Both treadle and suspended pedal models are available. Our digital valve controller with a large number of inputs and outputs provides flexibility limited only by your imagination. It can be the primary controller for a CAN bus system or function independently. A RS-232 port is used for programming and monitoring. Programming software, that's amazingly easy to use, allows you to program the controller for a variety of applications without large outside development costs. The MICO valve driver is a compact electronic circuit built into a potted enclosure for use in mobile applications. The circuit accepts one or two, low power, control signals and outputs a high power current to drive proportional industrial solenoid valves. The valve driver inputs are designed to interface to a variety of sensors and can accept signals from a primary electronic control unit. MICO Electrohydraulic Modulating Brake Valves are a closed center design used for modulating output pressures, up to 207 bar (3,000 psi), in proportion to the input current. When used in properly designed systems, these valves can provide hydraulic power for normal and emergency power-off braking for brake-by-wire, anti-lock braking systems, and traction control systems.
