Cette presse de forge 320 tonnes arcade est utilisée pour la fabrication decages de roulements à billes de grande capacité. Elle est munie d’un cous- sin dévêtisseur de 200 tonnes et d’un bridage hydraulique du poinçon.Les cages de roulement arrivent en ligne, en sortie de forgeage, elles sontensuite reprises par le manipulateur 2 axes-double poste. Réglable avecmouvement hydraulique, il est équipé d’un dispositif double à pinces deserrage refroidi par eau. This 320-tonne arcade type forge press is used to manufacture housings oflarge ball bearings. It is equipped with a 200-tonne stripping pad and ahydraulic die clamping system.The bearing housings arrive in line after forging and are then taken overby the double-station two-axis industrial manipulator.
