Rinse with NaOH/NaAc (100/500 mmol/L)
at a flow rate of 1 mL/min for 4 h, followed
by the eluent at the same flow rate for 12 hHeavy contamination:Rinse with 100 mL eluent with 50% acetonitrile
at a flow rate of 1 mL/min.Storage:In the eluent Remark Start the system with a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.
Adjust to the desired flow rate after 10 min.
Likewise reduce the flow rate of the pump to
0.3 mL/min for 10 min before turning off . Chromatograms: Metrosep A Supp 8 – 150
