METAL COATINGS
Metal panels of punched steel filled with an insulating material. This material is the sound absorbent element. These materials have a high performance as acoustic industrial absorbents and vary their values according to the density and the thickness of the absorbent element. Their general application is as fastened roofs, walls coatings, cabins creation and dividing screens installation.
Materials and finishes
Galvanised steel. Sheet thickness of 0,6 mm. FE P02 G quality. UNE-36130-91 Standard.
The painting process is done once the sheet has been punched. Finished with polyester powder coating with electrostatic application in the oven at 200°C. Our standard finish is done with post-lacquer, which allows us to guarantee a complete protection in front ofoxidation. If you ask it so, you can get it in the RAL colours chart or just galvanised.
LISMANN Smooth Plates
Metal coating for roofs without punchings. Suitable for spaces in which lightness is needed, because oftheir high light reflection degree.
Application fields: Public bathroom industrial fittings, industrial kitchens and whatever precincts that needs a good behaviour in front of humidity. It can also be used on the extremes ofan installation as a finish.
FONOMANN Punched Plates
Metal coating for roofs with punchings. If these punchings are mixed with a suitable acoustic noise absorbent, they allow a noise reduction in offices and public premises, by mixing decoration with effectiveness.
Application fields: Any premises that requires a noise reduction, with a special application for all kind of offices, public premises, etc.
