| General Sales Conditions PRICES Prices appearing in this pricelist are merely indicative and cannot be considered as a firm offer made by MET MANN. Valid prices are those that appear in the invoice, which are put into effect on the delivery date. SALES CONDITIONS Conditions of this pricelist substitute and cancel the previous ones. MET MANN reserves its rights to modify features of its articles without previous notice. SHIPPING All orders are delivered Ex-works. When receiving the goods merchandise, it is compulsory to check its perfect conditions. In case of any kind of imperfection, claim is necessary through a written communication to MET MANN, in a maximum time limit of 24 hours; otherwise, MET MANN cannot take into charge any eventual anomaly. PAYMENTTERMS Conditions are negotiable; however, payment will never exceed 90 days from the invoice date. Payment delays penalties are 1, 5% monthly. Cash payments are gratified with a 1, 5% discount. WARRANTY All products manufactured by MET MANN cover the warranty according to the European Standard ORGALIME S2000. Warranty does not include labour, journey and expenses. The lack of payment originates implicitly loss of warranty. Faulty material must be sent back carriage paid to MET MANN |
