Equipped with extensive measurement systems this plant is the ideal pilot plant for laboratory. Custom balance between contact/ infrared and microwave heating for each product Possibility of drying granule products or fluid, pasty products in batch or continous operation Vacuum range from freeze drying to vacuum drying condition 0,5-50 mbar The system consists of the dryer with the vacuum system and control unit with the following options: cGMP design with FDA approved materials Pasty and liquid fluid feeding with dosing pump and pneumatically actuated swivel feed or feeding of granule products with vacuum lock. Belt conveyor consisting of microwave resistant material. Integrated are 4 heating/ cooling plates supplied with thermal fluid 20-150°C DC servo belt drive with high speed control range with residence time from 4 to 180 minutes for continous operation or oszillating product tray for batch process Pneumatic actuated stripper Butterfly valve for discharging during process
