Tous bâtiments publics, industriels et tertiaires, infrastructures :plate-forme de travail, passerelles, planchers, surtoitures et plus généralement toutes applications nécessitant à la fois légèreté, bonne résistance à la charge et une excellente sécurité d’usage (antidérapant, pas de sensation de vertige).

DESCRIPTION

Le procédé consiste à découper et former les métaux en feuille de manière à obtenir une large gamme de profils longs et d’états de surface antidérapants.L’étendue de gamme permet de couvrir tous les cas de chargement habituels.Ces caillebotis sont également caracterisés par une grande facilité d’installation qui minimise la quantité de supportage nécessaire.Tous matériaux et revêtements (acier, Inox, Alu...) sont proposés.

APPLICATION

All public, industrial and service buildings, basic equipement :maintenance and work platforms, walkways, flooring, roof gratings, duck-boards.These gratings are extensively used where good strength to weight ratio and safety are required (non-skid surfaces, no dizziness).

FEATURES

These gratings are manufactured by cutting and bending metal sheet to allow a large channel profile and non-skid surface range.A high strength to weight ratio and ease of installation characterize these gratings. Large spans can be handled if properly sized thus minimizing the use of costly substructures.All materials and finishes are supplied (steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloy...).
