Based at Norwich International Airport, the company needed more hangar space to accommodate its rapid growth. It chose to re-furbish and expand an existing hangar instead of building from scratch. Critical issues: • Hangar refurbishment/expansion, including a 10 m extension of depth, to accommodate larger, taller jet aircraft. • Maximum hangar space utilisation, to accommodate growing business volume, and maximum use of limited land space. • Minimise capital outlay. Centre leaf 13 m high. Left and right leaves each 9 m high. • Installation and commissioning.
