KLS Flex -
the easy way to transmit signals safely
The cable conduit rail KLS Flex is used as a protected cable conduit for gates and systems. The system is used especially for safe signal transmission between tactile sensors e.g. Safety Edges and the drive control in safeguarding danger zones.
• Vertical and horizontal gate systems
• Machine covers and windows
• Conservatories
• Shading systems
• Injection moulding and textile machines
Areas of application
Function The system consists of a slotted, weather-resistant conduit rail and a wear-resist-
ant, linkless chain belt with a special fiat cable. By moving the slider, the cable inside the conduit rail is safely routed and protected. The co-ordinated components allow indoor and outdoor use and are also suitable for gates in high-frequency operation.
