T-pusher
This general reject device is use­ful for packages of many differ­ent types, and can be adjusted to suit the capacity of the individual processing line. Performance: up to 280 items/minute.
Drop down conveyor
This reject device is suitable for products that are very thin, fragile or difficult to push off. Performance: up to 80 items/ minute.
Catch arm
This reject device gently pulls packages off the line. Performance: up to 120 items/ minute.

Policeman software
Policeman software classifies packages as "accept" or "reject".
Packages can be rejected due to
• underweight
• overweight
• not weighed
• metal contamination
e-weighing software (Tu1-Tu2)
The Scanvaegt e-weighing software application divides a pro­duction run into batches of maximum 60 minutes or 10,000 accepted packages, classifying all packages as "accept" or "reject".

• in excess of 2.5%Tu1-Tu2
• not weighed

Automatic control of a filling process
Feedback software for automatic trend regulation is used to adjust the average weight - either upwards or downwards - by sending a signal to the relevant processing equipment, such as a pic in a filler or slicing/cutting unit.
Manual control of a filling process
Feedback software for manual trend regulation.
• Green light: average weight is correct.
• Yellow light: average weight is above accepted limits.
• Red light: average weight is below accepted limits.
