TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
ADESILEX VS45 is used for installing:? PVC foam wall coverings.? Homogeneous and composition PVCwall coverings.? PVC foam with polyester back.? Polystyrene foam.? Cork wall covering with PVC back.
? High density rock-wool. ADESILEX VS45 is an acrylic
adhesive inwater dispersion for application in asingle coating in an easily trowellable
white paste.ADESILEX VS45 is not inflammable andcontains no toxic substances; it cantherefore be stored with no specialprecautions and presents no health
hazards during use.ADESILEX VS45 is a thixotropic pastewhich ensures such high initial grabwhen wet that even heavy wall coverings
remain perfectly in place; its viscositymakes it easily trowellable. Initial waiting
time varies from 0 to 10-15 minutes at+23°C. Maximum open time is approx.30-40 minutes at +23°C.Once it has dried, in 24 hours, theADESILEX VS45 film is flexible, with
extremely high cohesion and adhesion.
RECOMMENDATIONS
? Do not use ADESILEX VS45 forinstalling non-porous wall coverings onnon-porous surfaces Use ROLLCOLL orADESILEX VZ or ADESILEX V4 SP).? Do not use ADESILEX VS45 attemperatures below +10°C or above+35°C.
Applying ADESILEX VS45 with n. 1 trowel ? Do not use ADESILX VS45 on wallssubject to possible rising damp.

Preparation of the substrate
Substrates must be smooth, dry,
absorbent, resistent, free of dust, looseparticles, paint, oil.For cement substrates, the moisture
content must be a maximum of 2.5% to3%; for gypsum-based substrates, amaximum of 0.5%.
