Mini-TunnelSonics Overview Designed with high capacity and critical cleaning in mind, the Mini-TunnelSonics (MTS) quickly cleans a variety of parts, as they are produced, eliminating the need for transfer to a traditional batch style ultrasonic washer. The in-line ultrasonic cleaning capability allows for continuous product flow from forming or machining to finished product. Both simple and complex shapes are cleaned extremely well without need of the additonal time and handling required of traditional cleaning methods. Focused High Intensity Design The High-Q Type NT 20 kHz Radial transducer maintains the “maximum power” design parameters of all Power Sonics cleaning equipment. With 360 degrees of ultrasonic power, the combined focusing effect provides fast, effective cleaning in a short timeframe. Fully Interlocked System The MTS system is as easy to setup as it is to use. With system interlocks, the machine will tell the operator its status. The system can be configured to electronically communicate with other equipment in the processing line, making it an easy fit to your production environment.
