. Mini TunnelSonics (MTS) This family of machines is designed for cell applications as well as central cleaning. They use a loop conveyor to transport parts in immersion through a 360 degree Radial Ultrasonic transducer and out through spray rinse and wipe/dry stages. The base standard integrated and interlocked design fits within a six foot length, is PLC controlled and accommodates automated load/unload. TunnelSonics (TS) . This big brother to the MTS features dry load/ unload for those applications where features such as fixtured parts, vision or similar inspection, ultrasonic rinsing or special drying requirements are needed. . Tank Over Tank (Shallow Bath type) Upper Section process tank for product to pass on a level horizontal path rather than ramp down through various wash, rinse and wipe/dry stages. Lower Section storage tanks serve as Upper Section reservoir for filtration, oil separation, heating, chemical makeup and maintenance. AUTOMATED CONTINUOUS ULTRASONIC IN-LINE CLEANING SYSTEMS INDIVIDUAL PART SYSTEMS Designed to process high volume individual parts in a continuous flow where parts are transferred through immersion, spray and wipe/dry stages either by powered conveyor or on a rail pushed through our “tank over tank” designs.
