FULLY AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS Designed to process batch loads of products through the full process cycle from load to unload. Horizontal transfer of loads occurs automatically between each station generally by either push transfer or lift transfer. Loads are handled vertically by a lift station or spray, as appropriate for the application. Typical applications and features include: Single parts or basket loads Machined, cast, formed parts Automotive, Aviation, General Industry New production or remanufacture Fixed orientation or Rotation Aqueous or Mineral Spirit systems Dryers, Filtration, Ancillary equipment Special and Custom Systems 24 Numatic Fully Automatic Systems These systems are similar to the semi-automatic systems except are full automation with a full tunnel and automatic horizontal transfer mechanisms . Typically capacities range from 150 to 450 lbs. and 85 to 155 gallons per tank. Mag 30 Numatic Fully Automatic Systems Larger capacity systems with full integration of all features such as ultrasonics, agitation, sprays, filtration, multi-stage dryers, demisters, automatic process controls, etc. Available with both rotation or non-rotation capability, they address a wide range of applications. Ratings are typically 1000 lbs. lift and 230 gallons per tank station. Automatic Lift Transfer Systems (ALS) Hoists and other types of load transfer can be combined with even greater capacity tanks to accommodate very large load requirements. Tanks to 1200 gallons and above can be considered for special systems requirements.
