Freight costs are included on many orders shipping from a Lyon Distribution Center, via Lyon designated carriers*

Any Lyon product damaged in shipment by a Lyon designated carrier will be returned. Lyon will ship a replacement product free astray within two working days (for stock product) or ten working days (for manufactured or custom product)**
