Bar Manifolds NON-STANDARD OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES
1. Some single station manifolds are too narrow to accommodate a gauge port. If a gauge port is required, please request the wide spacing option.
For Example: BA03GPT01SDUAAAA is an aluminum D03 single station mani-fold with gauge port.
2. Some applications require smaller work ports than the standard model. Many bar manifolds can be supplied with work ports one size smaller than the standard shown in the catalog.
For Example: BA03GPS03SCUAAAA is an aluminum D03 three station manifold with SAE 6 A & B ports and all other ports per the standard option. Contact the Factory for model numbers available.
3. Custom modifications include gauge ports opposite all work ports. Contact the Factory for model numbers available.
4. Bottom ported Bar Manifolds are available for the D03 & D05 sizes. Contact the Factory for models numbers available.
5. Special manifolds with dual work ports are available. Contact the Factory for model numbers available.
6. Contact the Factory for part numbers of D07, D08 and D10 Bar Manifolds with over-sized interface ports to match many high-performance proportional valves.
7. Most manifolds can be supplied with a 4 or 6 bolt mounting on the ends for vertical installations or tank top mounting. Contact the Factory for models and mounting adapters available.
8. D05 High Flow and Very High Flow Bar Manifolds are available with the "L" port option. Contact the Factory for Part numbers.
9. Two station valve adapters for two-speed function are standard products in D03 thru D08 sizes. Contact the Factory for model numbers available. Please refer to Section 10 for the LYNCH standard sandwich modules "RM séries" that eliminate the need for a second station, flow control and solenoid valve. Thèse modules are available on P, A,BorT in M/I or M/0 options for D03 thru D08.
10. Many manifolds series can be supplied in an all-metric format. This series uses materials with standard metric cross-sections and all critical spacing on standard metric dimensions.
