Transducers - Part No.750854
• In order to connect the different analogue signals inside a vehicle to the controltechnology, Lütze offers a range of transducers which areexactly tailored to railvehicle requirements. The transducer for monitoring the on-board electrical
system enables the on-board voltage of DC 0-200V to be monitored using
one control input for signals from 0-10V.At the same time it provides
galvanic isolation between the on-board voltage and the measurement signal. >
2.8 Temperature regulator
Compact regulator for windscreen / floor heating - Part No.716218
By combining the temperature regulator and power amplifier in one unit the compact
regulator also fulfils the three requirements made of Lütze railway components: >
• Efficient: The
industrial power amplifiers are connected directly to the temperature regulators. All that’s left is to connect the PT1000 sensors and
industrial heating elements, no complexwiring is required between the regulator and
thermostat. >
• Compact: One device serves up to four independent heating circuits. One power out-put is available for each heating circuit;this can take a load of up to 10 A. >
• Cost effective: The ability to dispense with a lot of individual devices and simplifythe wiring brings considerable potential savings. >
DC/DC converters - Part No.716122
• On vehicles with 110V on-board voltage it’s often necessary to provide asimple DC 24 V supply voltage for small consumers. With a wide range of suitable DC/DC converters, Lütze can supply numerous tailored solutions from
6-50 W.
So for example, our smallest version supplies DC 24 V, 6 W in a compactdesign for top hat rail mounting. >
2.10 Special modules
Drive module - Part No.716227
• Special tasks require tailored solutions. If our extensive range does not offerthe right solution for your task, just talk to us.Based on our extensive experien-ce inelectronics for rail vehicles, we can develop the right component for your project too.One example is the drive module 716227, which converts a control signal from the control technology system into three output signals. Two of theoutputs are available as non-contact semiconductor outputs and the third output serves as a relay contact. >
