• Low Cost Maintenance Free System • Cooling Tower Bleed & Proportional Feed • Solution Concentration with Optional Range of 0-5% NaOH • Rinse Water Control BC9 Series Electrodeless Conductivity Indicator Controllers The BC9 Series of Electrodeless conductivity controllers are intended for use in applications where sensor fouling occurs. The Electrodeless method of measuring conductivity provides a maintenance free measurement system at a competitive price when used with the ECS20 Series of sensors. The controllers are housed in a small custom IP66 surface mounted enclosure with a 3 1/2 digit liquid crystal display. The BC9 provides a single pole change over relay to operate a solenoid valve or dosing pump and the BC92 & 93 provide an isolated 0/4-20 mA output for remote monitoring or recording. For cooling tower bleed applications the BC92 provides an additional relay output to control an inhibitor feed pump. The time that this relay is energised is in proportion to the bleed relay on time. This provides a cost effective method of proportional inhibitor dosing without the need for a water meter. The BC93 has 2 single pole changeover relays as well as an isolated 0/4–20MA output. www.lth.co.uk
