NEWTON Italiano English Deutsch NEWTON è un gruppo filtrante per la depurazione dell’aria negli ambienti di lavoro, in grado di abbattere nebbie oleose e fumi prodotti dalla lavorazione dei metalli con lubrorefrigeranti (oli interi o emulsionati). La serie NEWTON è composta da due diversi moduli: NEWTON 3 e NEWTON 6 che esprimono portate rispettivamente comprese tra 1.000 e 3.000 m3/h e tra 4.000 e 6.000 m3/h. NEWTON 3 e NEWTON 6 possono essere dotati indifferentemente di ventilatori a bassa o ad alta pressione, rappresentando così l’ideale applicazione non solo per impianti centralizzati, ma anche per grandi macchine utensili (centri di lavoro) che richiedono elevate portate d’aria con prevalenze ridotte. NEWTON 3 e NEWTON 6 sono strutture di filtrazione modulare. Possono essere collegati tra di loro in più unità che consentono la realizzazione di grandi impianti centralizzati al servizio di decine di macchine utensili. L’efficienza della serie NEWTON può essere variata secondo le esigenze del cliente: la possibilità di installare moduli di postfiltrazione assoluta (Hepa Filtri), consente di raggiungere gradi di filtrazione superiori al 99,95%. NEWTON, a filtering group for air cleaning in workplaces, is able to eliminate oil mist and smokes generated by metal tooling with coolant-lubricating fluids ( neat and emulsified oil ). There are two different modules in the NEWTON series: NEWTON 3 and NEWTON 6, which have capacities that range between 1,000 and 3,000 m3/h, and 4,000 and 6,000 m3/h respectively. NEWTON 3 and NEWTON 6 can be fitted with either low or high-pressure ventilators, and represent the ideal application not only for centralised plants but also for large machine tools (work centres) that require high-volume air-flows with a reduced discharge. NEWTON 3 and NEWTON 6 are modular filtration structures. They can be attached to each other, allowing the creation of large centralised plants that will serve dozens of machine tools. The efficiency of the NEWTON series can be modified to the requirements of the customer: absolute post-filtration modules can be installed (Hepa Filters) that allow us to obtain filtration levels greater than 99.95%. NEWTON ist eine Filteranlage für die Luftreinigung in Arbeitsräumen zum Abscheiden von Ölnebeln und ölhaltigem Rauch, die bei der Verarbeitung von Metallen mit Kühlschmierstoffen entstehen (Vollöle und emulgierte Öle). Die Serie NEWTON besteht aus zwei verschiedenen Modulen: NEWTON 3 und NEWTON 6 mit Leistungen von 1.000 bis 3.000 m3/h und von 4.000 bis 6.000 m3/h. NEWTON 3 und NEWTON 6 können problemlos mit Nieder- oder Hochdrucklüftern ausgestattet werden, was sie zur idealen Lösung für Zentralanlagen sowie für große Werkzeugmaschinen (Arbeitszentren) macht, die hohe Luftleistungen mit reduzierten Förderhöhen beanspruchen. NEWTON 3 und NEWTON 6 sind Modulfilteranlagen. Sie können in mehreren Einheiten miteinander verbunden werden, wodurch die Realisierung großer Zentralanlagen zur Versorgung von Dutzenden von Werkzeugmaschinen möglich wird. Die Effizienz der Serie NEWTON kann je nach Bedürfnissen des Kunden verändert werden: die Möglichkeit, Module mit absoluter Nachfiltrierung (Hepa Filter) zu installieren, gestattet das Erreichen von Filtrationsgraden von über 99,95%.
