The DECOM series employs both systems, filter cloth combined with magnetic discs and has a capacity (litres/ minute) ranging from 50 to 400 for soluble oil and from 25 to 200 for neat oil. It is suitable for all machine tools to filtrate coolants contaminated both by magnetic and non magnetic particles. La serie DECOM utilizza entrambi i sistemi in combinazione (tessuto filtrante + dischi magnetici rotanti), è in grado di depurare da 50 a 400 litri/ minuto di olio emulsionato e da 25 a 200 litri/minuto di olio intero, contaminati sia da particelle magnetiche che amagnetiche. Questo sistema viene impiegato per la filtrazione di oli interi ed emulsionati con una viscosità massima di 20° cSt a 40°C contaminati da particelle magnetiche ed amagnetiche. I depuratori combinati uniscono l’azione filtrante dovuta all’attrazione magnetica dei dischi all’azione dei media filtranti in tessuto non tessuto. Sono indicati nei casi in cui vi sono elevate quantità di particelle magnetiche da rimuovere dai fluidi refrigeranti. Il liquido contaminato attraversa il prefiltro a dischi magnetici che rimuove le particelle inquinanti magnetiche (in particolare quelle di grandi dimensioni). A questo punto il liquido viene convogliato e distribuito sul tessuto filtrante che trattiene le particelle inquinanti non magnetiche ed eventualmente le particelle magnetiche di piccole dimensioni, consentendo il deflusso del liquido refrigerante pulito. This kind of system is suitable for the purification of neat or soluble oil with a maximum viscosity of 20° cSt at 40° C. contaminated both by magnetic and non magnetic particles. The combination of the two systems (filter cloth and magnetic discs) grants a very high filtration level even in presence of large quantities of solid pollutant. Working process The liquid undergoes a first prefiltration stage through the magnetic discs which remove the magnetic pollutants (especially the big particles). Then the liquid goes into the filter cloth which eliminates the non-magnetic particles and the smaller magnetic particles eventually escaped from the first filtration media. Thanks to the magnetic pre-filtration the consumption of filter cloth is definitely low. Dieses System wird eingesetzt zum F i l tern v on rei nen Ölen und Emulsionen mit einer max. Von der Zulaufleitung der Werkzeugmaschine wird das schmutzige Kühlmittel durch die an den Magnetscheibenreiniger geschweißte Muffe dem Behältnis des Magnetabscheiders zugeführt. Hier werden die Partikel vom Magnetscheibenreiniger aufgenommen und auf den Schlammförderer, danach in die Schlammsammelwanne geleitet. Die geklärte Flüssigkeit wird in der unten gelegenen Wanne gesammelt und dann der Maschine erneut zugeführt.
