INVITATION TO THE DEMONSTRATION OF NEW GENERATION MACHINES IN MAY 2007 In last two years the company LOESER has produced a number of the centerless circular-grinding and polishing machines of the newest generation, including the large automated grinding and polishing lines. Only in May 2007 we invite you to the demonstration of the following machine: For Russian company from Moscow "Polishing technologies“ was produced centerless grinding and polishing line for the welded stainless steel tubes: Diameter from 10 to 168 mm, length 6m. Machine is equipped with Block for wet belt grinding Block for dry lapping with polishing emulsion Including compensation of polishing wheels Including automatic unloading and loading system Including automatic diameter changing. Italian producer of the metallic chrome-plated furniture the company MOREX s.p.a has ordered centerless grinding machine for the grinding of tubes made of carbon steel before chrome plating. The better is preliminarily prepared surface before the galvanic, the better is the quality of the chrome-plated coating. Moreover, companies, which use nickel, due to the qualitative preliminary grinding have the possibility to decrease usage of nickel with ensuring required corrosive resistance and better quality of the final chrome-plated surface of parts produced. Israel Company "Solel" constructs produces and installs unique equipment for the generation of solar energy of broad band. The LOESER machine will be used for special treatment of the external surface of the central collector with technologies of centerless superfinishing The Serbian metal-trading company "RM- Alkone Stahl" also acquired the LOESER automatic line for the removal of the welds by belt grinding method and polishing with polishing emulsion up to the high level of gloss. For German company "Leistrietz ", producer of hydraulic lifts, was produced four-station abrasive belt grinder for the polishing of hydraulic cylinders with diameter up to 230 mm and wall thickness up to 10 mm and rod diameter to 60 mm diameter and length up to 4000mm.
