| | REMARKS 1 Units with pressure rates up to 3000 psig (207 barg) can be delivered with different outlet pressures between 2000-3000 psig (138-207 barg) with same FAD. Higher or lower discharge pressures on request. 2 The given figure for power is the consumption for the compressor only and does not include requirements for auxiliaries, i.e. water pump, oil-heating, etc. This will be specified with detailed proposal. 3 Speed of piston compressor and speed of prime mover are always the same. No reduction gear is required. The given figures are related to 60 cps (in case of 50 cps the speed will be 1000 rpm or 1500 rpm respectively). The FAD will be adjusted accordingly. 4 In the power range from 350 to 1100 kW watercooled electric motors are mainly in use. Unit type LMF 2.6: completely aircooled 5 Unit type LMF 7: completely aircooled or watercooled with aircooled piston cylinders Unit type LMF 20: completely watercooled with aircooled piston cylinders 6 Dimensions for complete compressor unit without control cabinet, ready for operation, including sea-/freshwater heat exchanger (for watercooled units). The figures have to be understood approximately. 7 Weight is to be understood approximately in dry condition (without control cabinet). | |
