Operation at 150% overload
A mains filter is a combination of mains choke and RFIfilter in one housing. It reduces line-bound noise emission into the mains network, thus ensuring that
the requirements of limiting value class A/B are met. In
addition, a mains filter replaces the function of a mainschoke. The r.m.s. current is also reduced.
