| The LEIBINGER OvoJET Fast, reliable and economic In the machines of the Omnia series, the eggs will be sorted and printed with the integrated inkjet printer OvoJET before the packing lanes. Variable information can be printed in up to four lines. Besides text, individual logos can be designed and printed with the integrated graphic editor. A reliable and easy print start is guaranteed by the LEIBINGER nozzle seal. The OvoJET is ready to print within one minute without flushing processes and cleaning procedures. This unique, fast and easy start up method for the continuous inkjet printer is guaranteed by the unique, full automatic nozzle seal which is standard on every model of the LEIBINGER family. Therefore drying ink in the nozzle and return line will be reliably prevented. Even after long-term shut-downs an immediate start is guaranteed. The minimal use of ink, solvent and energy as well as minimum maintenance provide highest efficiency of the LEIBINGER OvoJET. | Easy handling The LEIBINGER OvoJET offers a large touch screen display for smooth production flow. The menu is clearly arranged with different languages available. Easy integration - the LEIBINGER OvoJET The OvoJET can be integrated in existing OMNIA machines. Requirement for the integration into this machine is the interface "MOBA inkjet provision" with which the OMNIA grading machine has to be equipped. This interface can be upgraded by MOBA. The inkjet printers can be placed on device stands for flexible integration in existing egg grading machines. These stands can hold three OvoJET printers. | Flexibility gives impression The LEIBINGER inkjet printers are suitable for each application. The OvoJET for MOBA 2500 is easy to connect with the egg grading machines of the series MOBA 2500. An easy installation is guaranteed with the 90°-elbow head and an adapter plate for the head. Additionally an incremental encoder will be added to the prefabricated holder of the MOBA 2500 to synchronise the print. Two compatible cable sets provide the data transfer between MOBA SPS and the LEIBINGER OvoJET for MOBA 2500. The established LEIBINGER JET2SE printer can be integrated in egg grading machines of the series MOPAC 100. Equipped with a 90° head umbilical, an optical sensor for the print start as well an adapter plate for the print head the LEIBINGER JET2SE is ready for an instant start. An assembly bracket on the MOPACK 100 is already integrated. Just enter print text or load one of 128 possible jobs from the job memory. | ||||||||
