Model PMV-100 Form Fill Seal for Liquids The PMV-100, forms the bag, fills it with the product and seals it in a full automatic cycle. The transport of the wrapping material is affected by a pair of special rubber whiles, and operates by mechanically driven system. The sealing jaws are pneumatically operated. The horizontal jaws are seal the bag. The end, the bottom and the cutting are on the same cycle. The sealing system is operating by special impulse system with a pre heat system to rich high speed seal. Foil transported threw dancing roller system to insure low tension. The feeder of the foil from the jumbo roll is done by motor gear. The control of the machine is done threw our external control panel key board. For packing a wide range of liquids in pillow bags. Easy and simple to operate. Material can be pack – polyethylene and other laminate.
