Larco Mats Operate Flawlessly in High-Fluid Environments

As a result of Larco’s exclusive designand manufacturing process, the Larcopresence-sensing safety mat isimpervious to water and can operateflawlessly in high-fluid environments,including applications in which the mat will be submersed in water orother fluids, such as cutting fluid,hydraulic fluid and oil.Unlike it’s laminated counterparts, theLarco mat is molded in solid vinyl,and the entire electrode and cord arehermetically sealed to withstand eventhe toughest industrial environments.During the manufacturing process, theouter shell is molded directly onto theheavy-duty internal electrode to ensure a watertight assembly that will notallow fluids to migrate into and shortout the mat’s closed-loop electricalcircuit, even if the outer shell ispunctured.
