This air-operated crimp machine is intended for high volume crimping of products where you don't need an open press or high force.

Typical applications can be power steering tuner sockets, air condition, brake and fuel hoses etc. It can crimp all normal bulb sockets on hoses used for power steering, air conditioning, brakes and fuel. The machine is simple to use, simple to install and simple to maintain. It has no hydraulic system and it does not need much maintenance. The crimp dimension can be finely adjusted with a screw. The crimp head (39 mm thick) and machine table are prepared for use with different types of fixtures etc. The cycle start condition is a mushroom button combined with external sensors for hose and socket. This gives you a safe system and high quality.
