The LTAB control system is reliable, powerful and very informative. We have developed a basic module which we can adjust simply for different purposes. The LTAB vision module can be integrated in the control system. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| The machine operator always has a real time instruction that explains what he or she should do or the reason for a fault. This is displayed as graphics and/or text messages. The quality assurance department has full production statistics available all the time as this is saved automatically. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| The production department has full control over all product and machine parameters. The maintenance department can always read or manually activate the machine's I/Os. Error information is saved in a log file. Errors such as timeouts on an event or an input can be read with name and number. Doing the right thing at the right time is crucial if you want to achieve high quality in the shortest possible time. Mass production with zero fault philosophy demands an exacting level of control.
