| Vision is a very powerful tool if it is used in the right way. We have developed our own system which works as a module in our PC based control system. We are not dependent on a specific supplier of hardware which means we are free to choose the components we find most suitable for our projects. | Illumination with light diodes in different variants depending on requirement. | ||||||||||||||||
| The picture shows an assembly machine with 2 cameras and illumination. Verification is done before and after assembly. The customer can add new tests and give them a name, for example "Diameter tube". If the test is not approved the machine will display "Test Diameter tube not approved". The taken picture will be saved if the parameter "save pictures" is set to active in the machines main program. | ||||||||||||||||
