| The frame is robust and the machine table is made of 20 mm solid machined steel and, prepared for different applications such as a 4 head solution, different insert systems, etc. The hydraulic system has a low noise pump with an accumulator. This gives you full power when you need it and the accumulator is charged when the machine is unloaded/loaded with new parts. This is also an energyeffective solution. Automatic lubrication for long life. Many of our customers use these machines for 24 hours production, 6 days/week. A modular system makes it possible to change the configuration of the machine if yourproduction changes. The complete machine can be configured with 1-4 crimp heads according to your need. The machine comes in one piece, it's easy to install and you can move it with a forklift. Now, we also have the ability to supply the machine with Lantz SFM, an advanced quality and assembly system that verifies the tube insertion cycle.
