Functional principle

The Vacoline® is a fully automatic solution for the crushing and transporting chips per pipe system. Therefore the system relies on suction per vacuum, which is directly integrated in the machine tool instead of a chip cart.

With the Fluidline, the crushed chips and the coolant are fully automatically pumped away for further processing.

Both systems use the approved LANNER® chip crusher S30GF or S50GF with automatic tramp metals ejector.
