Functional principle

Chips containing coolant are fed into the infeed hopper. The dosing screw leads the chips into the pressing chamber in a continuous way. A high-pressure cylinder compresses the chips to a briquette. At this point the coolant is pressed out of the chips.

An optionally integrated chip crusher with automatic tramp metal ejector allows the processing of long and woolly chips.

The multipress execution allows the pressing of different materials to briquettes with different confi guration of pressure.
